@Xezmer not really… as you increase temperature, gas solubility decreases thus boiling water reduce the amount of oxygen molecules dissolved. That why the idea is just to heat up to 80-90 degrees for water rather than go straight to boiling as oxygen content can affect the steeping of the tea
