Hi, I like the convenience an electric kettle a lot, but my heating coil is badly corroded after one year of use. It looks rusty and the chrome has peeled. Do all electric kettles corrode? Can anyone recommends one that don’t? Thanks.

I like to make my tea with milk, NOT water, and I’m looking to get a good electric tea kettle for convenience’s sake. I usually make tea the old school, "boil milk in a pot" way, but want more convenience. Any suggestions? Do I need to get a "special" kind of kettle for milk, as compared to water, or is it all the same thing?
