i am looking for a good electric kettle that heats water to different temperatures, as certain teas steep best in hotter or cooler water. i found one which seems to be what i want- the zarafina one, http://www.amazon.com/Zarafina-Maker-Suite-Ceramic-Serving/dp/B000HJNJNO
but it is far out of my price range. and has a few reviews that make me nervous about it. are there any ideas or suggestions?
What does de-ionised water have to do with measuring the resistance of a heating element in an electric kettle and measuring the initial and final temperatures? Im lost.. Please help its for chem homework.
( it was an accident not on purpose but i noticed that it hadn’t burnt although my research stated that skin can burn at lower temperatures.
any serious answers would be very welcome as i an not superman and am not lying ???
