This is because your skin is used to it if you’ve done it for a long time. I love to take baths in scorching hot water and after a while my skin was used to it and it feels good to just sit in very hot water. So i know what you mean and its just that your skin is immune to it and its nothing to worry about. It’s not a bad thing, so don’t freak out.
You are the chosen one!
What the fuck? get your head checked out.

are you sure your not superman?
You have just discovered that you are really a Terminator from the future sent back in time naked to kill John connor.
Record it so you can post it on youtube.

It may not burn just because your hand is used to hot temperatures. The water might have not been hot enough to make it burn. It is true though that skin can burn at lower temperatures. For instance if you decrease the temperature of the water, it might start to boil. This all has to do with the temperatures and molecules from the water and how the water reacts to the temperature change. As I said before, you might want to check the temperature of the water because it may be because it was warm water. When you take a shower and the water is boiling so it can be hot water, it doesn’t burn you.
